Hi Joanna20, thanks for your answer. I am afraid we have a small misunderstanding here. On the pages w:WordPress and https://wordpress.org/ as well you can read that word press is a free software and free webspace; this is something quite different from a fee licence. The page https://keadilankimanis.wordpress.com/perlembagaan-2/ is then a blog of the political party. What we need is s source where we can see very clearly that the text i.e. the content i.e. the party programm is published under a free licence like public domain or CC. When there is no notice like this so it has no meanig as in the internet you can find millions of pages without licence - copyfraud, copyright violation etc. This what I said concerns the pages:

Despite the discussion here the user Joanna20 gave no answer and continued editing the pages today. There are no doubts that the text are not free or they are even copyrigted, see the deletion comments. Thus I had to delete them. If free licence would be provided, the pages can be restored. What party programm really means?? Is it typo for party programme or something else? Free licence for party constitution? Well, readers out there are expected to read the text of party constitution in the respective party website, not from Wikisource. I provide website links for party constitution in the Wikipedia. I would very much disagree with deleting those pages just for the sake of deleting them. The main page and category can serve as a placeholder from which a possible future project can be set up; pretty much the same way as the incubator has them. Wrong code nsPages[edit]

Please delete these pages:

They come from a bot mistake by User:BrolloBot driven by me, I apologyze, and for some reason mediawiki software doesn't see them as "nsPage pages". They have been wrongly created initially as ns0 pages (first mistake) then moved into nsPage (second mistake); I never will repeat this mistake, I apologyze. Orphan redirects also deleted. Some time ago an error was genereted that prevented moving pages between namespaces that uses different content model. Your case shows it is no longer (or not always). Misterious files[edit]

Something rare happens with File:Free Culture.png. It is not used (and it does not seem that it will be used any time in the future in this Wikisource) and there is a duplicated in Commons as a GIF file (commons:File:Free Culture Cover.gif, instead of PNG file). But if I try to edit it for adding the {{delete}} template, it doesn't exist?! It was created by "Conversion script" and it has no upload log. Are you able to delete it? are texts of Sergei Mikhalkov (სერგეი მიხალკოვი) (I also think they are translations as I did not find anywhere information that Mikhalkov was speaking Mingrelian) who died in 2009. @Agi, მარგალონა: unless you can provide a proof that theese texts were

  • published before 1.1.1923 or
  • in public domain in the country of their first publication on 1.1.1996 (assuming Russia for the Russian original and Georgia for the Mingrelian translation) or
  • freely licensed by the author and translator (or their heirs)

@Саган: It depends whether, when and where it was published the first time. As we need to know whether it was PD in country of the first publication on 1.1.1996 and whether anybody else contributed to this work while publishing (or was it original author's publication).

Khmer duplicated file[edit]

Those files are exact duplicates: File:Kambuja Suriya 1965 Issue 6.pdf and File:Kambuja Suriya 1966 Issue 6.pdf. Which one is the correct one, 1965 or 1966? No feedback from User_talk:ទេព_សុវិចិត្រ#Duplicated file. After looking close to w:en:Khmer numerals, and to other books from 1966 (កម្ពុជសុរិយា/ឆ្នាំទី៣៨) and 1965 (កម្ពុជសុរិយា/ឆ្នាំទី៣៧), I think that the PDF says "1966". -Aleator 16:19, 8 December 2016 (UTC)[reply]
