Hi, tried to improve summary and correct copyright template, the file is freely available at www.storiapatriagenova.it and being part of a periodical publication of collective work, by italian law copyright expires 70 years after its publication. thanks. G.Musso (talk)

Could you provide the exact link where it comes from on www.storiapatriagenova.it to check the license ? and if everything is correct then it should be moved to Commons (with the correct template commons:Template:PD-collective-work). @G.Musso: Italian copyright is generally irrelevant here. The file should be PD in US. For 1937 Italian publication you need to prove that it was (either) published in US in 30 days after Italian publication (without copyright notice in this case) or was PD in Italy on 1.1.1996. @G.Musso: In 1996 Italy had a general rule 50pma + wartime extension (so effectively likely 56pma, see here). However, I cannot recognize what rule applied to collective works then: 50 (56?) post publication. (1937+56=1993 < 1996) But neverless, it should just go to Commons if PD in Italy. @Ankry, Ooswesthoesbes: the source is obviously the page 201 of File:Bacigalô.Prose.rimæ.1891.pdf (already on Commons), same for copyright, so everything is ok on that part. Not sure about the copyright status (does PD-Gov exist and apply in the Philippines? apparently yes, if I read correctly commons:Commons:Copyright rules by territory/Philippines).
