bot[edit]

Hi once again. When I see your edits in some last days so I have the feeling you are working with a bot. That is allright. But, the recent changes are quite difficult to follow (and so any vandalism). Although we do not grant the bot flag to many users here I would suggest that you request a bot flag at the Wikisource:Scriptorium. I would even support it. I read your message. I am not using any bot. I have some 25 years of experience in using computer right from Dos/ floppy disk/ 256KB RAM/No-mouse days so I can work very fast with my keyboard knowing all the keyboard shortcuts. I use firefox with several extensions which enables me to work on several pages in several fast ways. I know html, I know programming in procedural languages that all helps in logic and quick processing.

What are the consequences of using bot, and of requesting a bot flag?

My congratulation to your quick work, really. Well, all edits of a bot are hidden in the recent changes (although they can be shown on demand), so that the recent changes stay easy to read. But the bot flag is beeing granted to bots only, not to users. And, the decision is made by the community and the local bureaucrats. Therefore I suggested to solve this matter at the Wikisource:Scriptorium.
