Kurdi is written in Arabic-based script in Iraq, the only country where it is an official language, at the moment. Template moved

I moved this template today to an English name. The old name, Template:InterLingvLigoj, will stay as redirect as this template is used by many main pages on Oldwikisource. This template is also used by Template:Languages where it is transluded.
