Usage[edit]
This template is specific to Progreso.
It's used to create the main title at the beginning of each Progreso issue (example page here).
It also creates the rule below the title and sets the appropriate amount of margin.
Parameters[edit]
Optional :
(1): additional text above the rule on the left (Progreso issue number)(2): additional text above the rule on the right (month and year)
