چاہت مری چاہت ہی نہیں آپ کے نزدیک
کچھ میری حقیقت ہی نہیں آپ کے نزدیک
کچھ قدر تو کرتے مرے اظہار وفا کی
شاید یہ محبت ہی نہیں آپ کے نزدیک
یوں غیر سے بے باک اشارے سر محفل
کیا یہ مری ذلت ہی نہیں آپ کے نزدیک
عشاق پہ کچھ حد بھی مقرر ہے ستم کی
یا اس کی نہایت ہی نہیں آپ کے نزدیک
اگلی سی نہ راتیں ہیں نہ گھاتیں ہیں نہ باتیں
کیا اب میں وہ حسرتؔ ہی نہیں آپ کے نزدیک
