پیہم دیا پیالۂ مے برملا دیا
ساقی نے التفات کا دریا بہا دیا
اس حیلہ جو نے وصل کی شب ہم سے روٹھ کر
نیرنگ روزگار کا عالم دکھا دیا
اللہ ری بہار کی رنگ آفرینیاں
صحن چمن کو تختۂ جنت بنا دیا
اب وہ ہجوم شوق کی سرمستیاں کہاں
مایوسئ فراق نے دل ہی بجھا دیا
حسرتؔ یہ وہ غزل ہے جسے سن کے سب کہیں
مومنؔ سے اپنے رنگ کو تو نے ملا دیا
