عقلِ بے مایہ امامت کی سزاوار نہیں
راہبر ہو ظن و تخمیں تو زبُوں کارِ حیات
فکر بے نُور ترا، جذبِ عمل بے بنیاد
سخت مشکل ہے کہ روشن ہو شبِ تارِ حیات
خوب و ناخُوب عمل کی ہو گِرہ وا کیونکر
گر حیات آپ نہ ہو شارحِ اسرارِ حیات!
