میں ہُوں نومِید تیرے ساقیانِ سامری فن سے
کہ بزمِ خاوراں میں لے کے آئے ساتگیں خالی
نئی بجلی کہاں ان بادلوں کے جیب و دامن میں
پرانی بجلیوں سے بھی ہے جن کی آستیں خالی!
