ہُوا ہے بندۂ مومن فسونیِ افرنگ
اسی سبب سے قلندر کی آنکھ ہے نم ناک
ترے بلند مناصب کی خیر ہو یا رب
کہ ان کے واسطے تُو نے کِیا خودی کو ہلاک
مگر یہ بات چھُپائے سے چھُپ نہیں سکتی
سمجھ گئی ہے اسے ہر طبیعتِ چالاک
شریکِ حُکم غلاموں کو کر نہیں سکتے
خریدتے ہیں فقط اُن کا جوہرِ ادراک!
