منزلِ صنعت کے رہ پیما ہیں دست و پائے قوم
محفلِ نظمِ حکومت، چہرۂ زیبائے قوم
شاعر رنگیں نوا ہے دیدۂ بینائے قوم
مبتلائے درد کوئی عُضو ہو روتی ہے آنکھ
کس قدر ہمدرد سارے جسم کی ہوتی ہے آنکھ
