صلہ تیرا تری زنجیر یا شمشیر ہے میری
کہ تیری رہزنی سے تنگ ہے دریا کی پہنائی!

سکندر! حیف، تُو اس کو جواں مردی سمجھتا ہے
گوارا اس طرح کرتے ہیں ہم چشموں کی رُسوائی؟
ترا پیشہ ہے سفّاکی، مرا پیشہ ہے سفّاکی
کہ ہم قزاّق ہیں دونوں، تو مَیدانی، میں دریائی!
