رُوح اسلام کی ہے نُورِ خودی، نارِ خودی
زندگانی کے لیے نارِ خودی نور و حضور
یہی ہر چیز کی تقویم، یہی اصلِ نمود
گرچہ اس رُوح کو فِطرت نے رکھا ہے مستور
لفظِ ’اسلام، سے یورپ کو اگر کد ہے تو خیر
دوسرا نام اسی دِین کا ہے ’فقرِ غیور‘!
