زمانہ با اُمَمِ ایشیا چہ کرد و کند
کسے نہ بود کہ ایں داستاں فرو خواند
تو صاحبِ نظری آنچہ در ضمیرِ من است
دل تو بیند و اندیشۂ تو می داند
بگیر ایں ہمہ سرمایۂ بہار از من
’کہ گُل بدستِ تو از شاخِ تازہ تر ماند‘
