There are about 20 new pages in the last days posted here by an IP from Thailand, see contributions 203.154.37.253. No necessary information such as author, license, where first published and when, language etc. I'm going to add the delete template to every page now, and I think we'll be able to delete it soon. I accidentally made it Hoofstuk_1 (Chapter 1), but it should be with a Roman numeral. The one with the Roman numeral already exists.

I'm not completely done with the book yet, there's still the bibliography, and then the scanned images (in the public domain) to be added on WikiCommons.
