Regarding Under Ben Bulben I note that this was originally published in 1938, and that Yeats died in 1939. This would suggest that the material is still covered by copyright whether under US law until 2033 or under Irish law until 2009. Please comment about whether this should be removed as a violation of copyright. Eclecticology 18:18, 15 Mar 2004 (UTC)

Thanks for your response and understanding. I can now delete it without argument. On the matter of To a sHaggis, I assume that you are merely pointing it out rather than contributing it. :-) I recognize the kinship to the Burns poem, but it is unidentified and presumably copyright, so I can delete that too. We don't really have a place for scurillous parodies. I would still tend to file these things according to the author of the parody. Had the low wit been the only issue, I likely would have kept it.
