This seems to be the same as Laman Utama:Bahasa Melayu (my:), which is linked to from the Main Page. I have no idea which of the two is better maintained, or of how they should be merged.Dovi 21:21, 26 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Malay Wikisource should be separated from dependence to wikisource.org, it should stand on its entity like wikisource in other languages such as Indonesian, Japanese, Arabic etc.

Both pages seem outdated and unmaintained. At that time, source pages in Malay don't exist. So, these pages are just translations of the original Wikisource. But now we've taken the initiative to build a new separate domain Wikisource (see m:Requests for new languages/Wikisource Malay). We've done a bit of work here, see Category:Bahasa Melayu. So I think it's safe to abandon Laman Utama:Bahasa Melayu and reconstruct Laman Utama. Aviator 01:01, 22 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Jawi[edit]

Some Malay manuscript that written in Jawi have already being transcribed here into Rumi. Isn't it better to transcribe it first with Jawi, then make the Rumi version? Mbee-wiki (talk) 14:02, 9 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]
