imprisonment of 1 month to 6 months and a fine not less than Php20,000.00 but not more than Php50,000.00.
SECTION 4. Enforcement. The PNP, Barangay Officials and their force multipliers are hereby mandated to enforce the full extent of this order.
SECTION 5. Separability Clause. If any part, section or provision of this Order is held invalid or unconstitutional, other provisions not affected thereby shall remain in full force and effect.
SECTION 6. Repealing Clause. All laws, rules and regulations inconsistent with the provisions of this order hereby repealed and modified accordingly.
SECTION 7. Effectivity. This order shall take effect immediately.
