2.b All tricycle/pedicab drivers who have violated the traffic ordinance shall secure an offense slip from the POSO Chief for validation before payment is made in the Office of the Municipal Treasurer.
2.c Traffic Citation Tickets (TCT) issued to traffic violators shall be redeemed within seventy two (72) hours. Failure to redeem within the given prescribed period, said TCT shall be forwarded to Land Transportation Office (LTO).
2.d The Municipality of Lingayen shall provide an impounding area for tricycles and pedicabs to be manned by POSO personnel for twenty four (24) hours. Impounding Order as well as Release Order shall be duly signed by the POSO Chief.
SECTION 3. TRICYCLE AND PEDICAB COMMITTEE.
The POSO Chief shall be included as one of the members in the composition of the Tricycle and Pedicab Committee.
SECTION 4. EFFECTIVITY. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon approval by the Sangguniang Panlalawigan of Pangasinan and after its publication in a newspaper of general circulation.
