Section 9.—All laws or parts of laws in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.

Section 10.—This Act shall take effect ninety days after its approval.

An act

To amend section 1 of act No. 77, entitled “An Act to authorize the Governor and the Commissioner of the Interior of Puerto Rico to sell to the Government of the United States of America, for national-defense purposes, the graving dock constructed pursuant to Act No. 29, approved April 18, 1936, as amended by Act No. 2, approved June 29, 1936, and Act No. 7, approved September 2, 1938; to provide that the proceeds of the sale of the said dry dock be set aside by the Treasurer of Puerto Rico to be devoted to the payment of any debt contracted by The People of Puerto Rico in the construction of said work, and to do all things necessary in connection with said conveyance, and for other purposes”, Approved May 1, 1941; to dispose of the available balance in, or any other additional income pertaining to, the special fund created for the construction of said graving dock, and for other purposes.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of Puerto Rico:

Section 1.—Section 1 of Act No. 77, entitled “An Act to authorize the Governor and the Commissioner of the Interior of Puerto Rico to sell to the Government of the United States of America, for national-defense purposes, the graving dock constructed pursuant to Act No. 29, approved April 18, 1936, as amended by Act No. 2, approved June 29, 1936, and Act No. 7, approved September 2, 1938; to provide that the proceeds of the sale of the said dry dock be set aside by the Treasurer of Puerto Rico to be devoted to the payment of any debt contracted by The People of Puerto Rico in the construction of said work, and to do all things necessary in connection with said conveyance, and for other purposes”, approved May 1, 1941, is hereby amended to read as follows:
