12. Non-residents of Balaoan are allowed entry to the Balaoan Public Market daily only upon presentation of a pass slip from their own barangay and/or municipality and valid I.D. and they should wear masks as well.
13. All barangay officials are hereby directed to implement this order within their respective jurisdiction and coordinate with concerned authorities. They shall wear proper identification at all times. Punong Barangays are directed to take a proactive approach and be vigilant.
14. Failure to abide with any the foregoing shall be meted out with appropriate sanctions in accordance with pertinent laws and regulations including cancellation of Business Permit.
SECTION 2. REPEALING CLAUSE. Previous issuance or any portion thereof, which are inconsistent with the provision of this Executive Order are hereby amended, modified, superseded or repealed accordingly.
SECTION 3. EFFECTIVITY. This Executive Order shall be effective 12:00 am. of March 23, 2020 to 12:00AM of April 13, 2020, or until it is lifted and/or amended accordingly when the prevailing situation warrants.
