7. The Balaoan Public Market shall be open only from 7:00 am to 2:00 pm daily. Only those with Municipal Official Pass Slip and masks will be allowed entry into the Public Market. Vendors and their skeletal staff (i.e. kargador) should also wear masks, observe strict skeletal force and strict social distancing measures. Misting and disinfecting of the Public Market will be done every Tuesday and Friday, or as the need arises.

8. Vendors and/or their staff in the Balaoan Public Market, whether or not from Balaoan, who are senior citizens, pregnant or with pre-existing medical condition shall be temporarily asked to stop selling pursuant to the Luzon Enhanced Community Quarantine Basic Do's and Dont's No. 1 issued by the IATF-ED on March 18, 2020 which states that those most vulnerable to COVID- 19 should not go out. LGU employees at the Balaoan Public Market may require the presentation of an L.D. or medical certificate from any vendor or his/her staff.

9. Pursuant to Advisory No. 4 of Governor Francisco Emmanuel "Pacoy" R. Ortega III, sari-sari stores shall only operate from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm. Sari-sari stores can only sell basic commodities like rice, canned goods, noodles and other household needs. Alcoholic drinks and cigarettes shall not be sold at any time. No snacks shall be consumed on site and sanitation and social distancing measures shall be observed.

10. Individuals whose Municipal Official Pass Slip is not filled-up by their barangay official/s (barangay of residence) as to Time Out and/or does not bear the initial/signature of any barangay official shall not be allowed entry into the Public Market.

11. LGU employees manning the entrance of the Balaoan Public Market shall limit the number of persons entering the market at any given time to ensure that it does not become crowded and in compliance with social distancing measures.
