d. Regular maintenance, cleanliness and sanitation of school/establishment/office facilities, common-use amenities, and objects with touchpoints is mandated;
e. Receptacle with lids should be readily available and accessible in all areas of the school/establishment/office:
f. Schools/establishments/offices shall ensure the adequacy and availability of cleaning materials, tools, disinfectants, and protective equipment;
g. Immediately report to the LGU and DOH hotlines when encountering learners/customers/clients/patrons showing COVID19-like symptoms:
h. Organizing of non-essential mass gatherings is temporarily prohibited until COVID-19 disease is contained or upon order of the DOH or the Office of the President;
i. The Municipal Health and Sanitary Office shall take lead in the implementation and monitoring of this Order; and
j. A weekly compliance report shall be submitted to the undersigned.
SECTION 2. This Executive Order shall take effect immediately.
