یہ دل کی بات ہے کس نے کہی ہے
محبت خود سراسر آگہی ہے
تمہیں کہہ دو کہ میں بالکل نہ سمجھا
نظر جھینپی ہوئی کچھ کہہ رہی ہے
یہ سر پر سایہ گستر خاک صحرا
جنوں بے تاج کی شاہنشہی ہے
وہ جس نے چھین لی ہے زندگانی
متاع زندگانی بھی وہی ہے
جنون عشق خود منزل ہے کیفیؔ
خرد کی راہ اس میں گمرہی ہے
