گلوں کی خوں شدگی کو شگفتگی نہ سمجھ
ہجوم رنگ سے اندازۂ بہار نہ کر
کچھ احترام بھی کر غم کی وضع داری کا
گراں ہے عرض تمنا تو بار بار نہ کر
وہ اور پرسش اہل وفا فریب نہ کھا
دل اور ترک غم یار اعتبار نہ کر
خزاں کے سینکڑوں منظر ہیں اے فریب خیال
طلوع صبح بہاراں کا اعتبار نہ کر
