لگاؤ نہ جب دل تو پھر کیوں لگاوٹ
نہیں مجھ کو بھاتی تمہاری بناوٹ
پڑا تھا اسے کام میری جبیں سے
وہ ہنگامہ بھولی نہیں تیری چوکھٹ
یہ تمکیں ہے اور لب ہوں جان تبسم
نہ کھل جائے اے شوخ تیری بناوٹ
میں دھوکے ہی کھایا کیا زندگی میں
قیامت تھی اس آشنا کی لگاوٹ
ٹھکانا ترا پھر کہیں بھی نہ ہوگا
نہ چھوٹے کبھی وحشتؔ اس بت کی چوکھٹ
