غم حیات کی لذت بدلتی رہتی ہے
بقدر فکر شکایت بدلتی رہتی ہے
حریم راز امید کرم کہ ذوق نمود
خلوص دوست کی قیمت بدلتی رہتی ہے
کبھی غرور کبھی بے رخی کبھی نفرت
شبیہ جوش محبت بدلتی رہتی ہے
نہیں کہ تیرا کرم مجھ کو ناگوار نہیں
یہ غم ہے وجہ مسرت بدلتی رہتی ہے
اگر فریب حسیں ہو تو پھر فریب نہیں
خطا معاف حقیقت بدلتی رہتی ہے
