سوال وصل پہ عذر وصال کر بیٹھے
وہ کس خیال سے ایسا خیال کر بیٹھے
اب آؤ مان بھی جاؤ جو کچھ ہوا وہ ہوا
ذرا سی بات کا اتنا ملال کر بیٹھے
ہم اٹھتے بیٹھتے بھی ان کے پاس ڈرتے ہیں
وہ اور کچھ نہ الٰہی خیال کر بیٹھے
وہ اس لیے مرے پہلو میں بیٹھتے ہی نہیں
کہ یہ کہیں نہ سوال وصال کر بیٹھے
