سامنے آئنہ تھا مستی تھی
ان پر اک شان خود پرستی تھی
مجھ کو کعبہ میں بھی ہمیشہ شیخ
یاد ایام بت پرستی تھی
صرف دل ہی نہیں جلا میرا
ذرہ ذرہ میں اس کے بستی تھی
کیوں زلیخا تری عدالت میں
حسن کی جنس ایسی سستی تھی
سوجھتا تھا نہ انتظار میں کچھ
دیکھنے کو نگہ ترستی تھی
دیکھنے ہم گئے تھے قبر عزیزؔ
ہائے کیا بیکسی برستی تھی
