زمیں کو سر پہ اٹھائے ہوئے نہ چل غافل
اگر ہے ہوش تو ہشیار ہو سنبھل غافل
یہاں نہ دل کو مسرت نہ روح کو راحت
یہ گھر خراب ہے اس سے ابھی نکل غافل
قضا کسی کو نہ چھوڑے گی شاہ ہو کہ گدا
نہ تو رہے گا نہ دولت نہ یہ محل غافل
ضرور دل پہ اثر ہو تری نصیحت کا
کہے زباں سے جو خود اس پہ کر عمل غافل
فضول عمر نہ کھو کھیل کود میں روشنؔ
یہ وہ متاع ہے جس کا نہیں بدل غافل
