حریم کعبہ بنا دی وہ سر زمیں میں نے
ترے خیال میں رکھ دی جہاں جبیں میں نے
مجھی کو پردۂ ہستی میں دے رہا ہے فریب
وہ حسن جس کو کیا جلوہ آفریں میں نے
چٹک میں غنچے کی وہ صوت جاں فزا تو نہیں
سنی ہے پہلے بھی آواز یہ کہیں میں نے
رہین منزل وہم و گماں رہا اخترؔ
اسی میں ڈھونڈھ لیا جادۂ یقیں میں نے
