اے شعبدہ پرداز یہ کیا طرز نظر ہے
سینے میں یہاں دل ہے نہ پہلو میں جگر ہے
اب کون ہے جو تشنۂ پیکان نظر ہے
ہے تابش انوار سے عالم تہہ و بالا
جلوہ وہ ابھی تک تہہ دامان نظر ہے
کچھ ملتے ہیں اب پختگی عشق کے آثار
نالوں میں رسائی ہے نہ آہوں میں اثر ہے
ذروں کو یہاں چین نہ اجرام فلک کو
یہ قافلہ بے تاب کہاں گرم سفر ہے
خاموش یہ حیرت کدۂ دہر ہے اصغرؔ
جو کچھ نظر آتا ہے وہ سب طرز نظر ہے
