یہ لگی لپٹی باتیں خوب نہیں
صاف کہئے کہ کب ملیں گے آپ
کھینچنے والے جب ہی تک ہیں کھنچے
مل گئے تم تو سب ملیں گے آپ
دیکھ پایا ہے کچھ تو شبنمؔ میں
کس سے یوں بے سبب ملیں گے آپ
