جب کہا میں نے اس سے الفت ہے
ہنس کے کہنے لگا اگر نہ ہوئی
بید مجنوں کی ایک شاخ ہوئی
وہ لچکتی ہوئی کمر نہ ہوئی
وہ بھی گونگے بنے رہے ہم بھی
گفتگو قصہ مختصر نہ ہوئی
اس نے بیمار کا گلا گھونٹا
جب دوا کوئی کارگر نہ ہوئی
طائر دل کا جو شکار کرے
وہ تو شکرہ ہوا نظر نہ ہوئی
دختر رز کو لے گئے سب رند
پیر مے خانہ کو خبر نہ ہوئی
