جان کر من جملۂ خاصان مے خانہ مجھے
مدتوں رویا کریں گے جام و پیمانہ مجھے
ننگ مے خانہ تھا میں ساقی نے یہ کیا کر دیا
پینے والے کہہ اٹھے یا پیر مے خانہ مجھے
سبزہ و گل موج و دریا انجم و خورشید و ماہ
اک تعلق سب سے ہے لیکن رقیبانہ مجھے
زندگی میں آ گیا جب کوئی وقت امتحاں
اس نے دیکھا ہے جگرؔ بے اختیارانہ مجھے
