تھا اجل کا میں اجل کا ہو گیا
بیچ میں چونکا تو تھا پھر سو گیا
لطف تو یہ ہے کہ آپ اپنا نہیں
جو ہوا تیرا وہ تیرا ہو گیا
کاٹے کھاتی ہے مجھے ویرانگی
کون اس مدفن پہ آ کر رو گیا
بحر ہستی کے عمق کو کیا بتاؤں
ڈوب کر میں شادؔ اس میں کھو گیا
