تابش حسن حجاب رخ پر نور نہیں
رخنہ گر ہو نگہ شوق تو کچھ دور نہیں
شب فرقت نظر آتے نہیں آثار سحر
اتنی ظلمت ہے رخ شمع پہ بھی نور نہیں
راز سربستۂ فطرت نہ کھلا ہے نہ کھلے
میں ہوں اس سعی میں مصروف جو مشکور نہیں
صرف نیرنگئ نظارہ ہے خود اپنا وجود
عین وحدت ہے کوئی ناظر و منظور نہیں
نظر آتا نہیں گو منزل مقصد کا نشاں
ذوق صادق یہی کہتا ہے کہ کچھ دور نہیں
