بتاؤں کیا کہ مرے دل میں کیا ہے
سوا تیرے تری محفل میں کیا ہے
بتاؤں کیا کہ میرے دل میں کیا ہے
تو ہی تو ہے بھری محفل میں کیا ہے
کسی کے بجھتے دل کی ہے نشانی
چراغ سرحد منزل میں کیا ہے
بجز نقش پشیمانیٔ قاتل
نگاہ حسرت بسمل میں کیا ہے
جفاؤں کی بھی حد ہوتی ہے کوئی
خدا معلوم اس کے دل میں کیا ہے
مآل ہستی موہوم معلوم
عزیزؔ اس شغل لا حاصل میں کیا ہے
