اپنے عہد وفا کو بھول گئے
تم تو بالکل خدا کو بھول گئے
کچھ نہ پوچھ انتہائے رنج فراق
درد پا کر دوا کو بھول گئے
ہم نے یاد بتاں میں دم توڑا
مرتے مرتے خدا کو بھول گئے
ان کی باتوں کو یاد کرتا ہوں
جو مری التجا کو بھول گئے
درمیانی تعلقات نہ پوچھ
ابتدا انتہا کو بھول گئے
ان سے دو دن بھی چاہ نبھ نہ سکی
مضطرؔ بے نوا کو بھول گئے
