Go‘riston, qorong‘i, zim-ziyo bo‘shliqda
Adashgan bir yo‘lchi tasavvur qilingiz!
Qo‘rqarsiz! Qo‘rqarsiz!..
Va lekin ufqda
Uch-to‘rtta yulduzning o‘chmasdan yarqirab,
Nur sochib turgani ko‘rilsa… dilingiz
Qo‘rqishdan bir qadar to‘xtar-da, parqirab
Ko‘zingiz oldida bir umid ko‘rinur.

Shu umid – qutilish tongining nuridir!..
