Chapter 1 Qigong(氣功) Explanation

Jiu-Jitsu(柔術) has many schools and practice methods. But from beginning to end, Qigong(氣功) should be the principle and supernatural power the gist. The ultimate goal is to understand the meaning of Zen and transcend the fear of life and death. Then the enemy is in front, the spear and halberd are behind, and the mind is not shaken, so that the strength can be strong. As the saying goes: "Mount Tai falls beside me, the East China Sea falls at my right, my heart is calm, and everything is as usual." Although this is true, it's hard to say! Whenever I see a person who is serious about seeking the Tao, he always puts the words of nourishing Qi in his mouth and keeps the purpose of Jingwu in his heart. Once he encounters something that shocks him, his face will change drastically, his hands and feet will be at a loss, and his mind will be shocked and lost. In this way, he seeks to calm down. Defending against enemies is extremely difficult. Noble people may be like this, but restless and frivolous people have a nature that is easily shaken and confused, and it has become a habit that cannot be corrected. Therefore, if you try to raise your eyes and observe the subtle changes of Qigong(氣功), to ordinary people, it is like there is almost no sound in an empty valley. This is why my jiu-jitsu(柔術) is declining.
