Please do not add anymore latin pages to this site.

This is not a Latin document! It doesn't belong in the Latin wikisource. What the Latin words are is translations of the relevant part of the article, viz the Cornish words in the left hand column. No one gives a damn that the Latin word for "sim" is, but it is relevant to know what the Cornish word is for a Latin equivalent.
