Batraklar seksiyasi va maorif ehtiyojlari uchun O‘sh soyining bo‘yig‘a sayil chaqirilg‘an. Kunduzlari xalq oz bo‘lsa ham kechalari ko‘p bo‘ladur.
Anjandan mashshoqlar va qiziqlar borg‘andir. Bu sayilning bir yomon jihati borkim, u ham bo‘lsa qimordur. Kunduz kuni ertadan kechgacha 6-5 yerda davra bo‘lushub o‘turgan tubjoy xalqni ko‘ramizkim, hammasi navkar boshida, qimor o‘ynab o‘turadurlar.
