Sanduq ozlig‘i
Soliqning yig‘ilishida to‘suq bo‘lg‘an shartlarning biri – rayonlarda soliq topshiradurg‘an sanduq (kassa)larning juda kam bo‘luvsidur. Budjetni siqmoq, sarflarni hisoblatmak maqsadi bilan bu to‘g‘rida ham juda jiddiy iqtisod (ekonomiya) yo‘li tutulgan. Andijon uyazida shahardan boshqa, faqat birgina Jalolobod rayonida soliq topshiradurg‘an sanduq bo‘lg‘an. Soliq topshirg‘ani kelgan dehqonlarning bir kun-ikki kun turub, navbat yetmay ko‘blab-ko‘blab qaytub ketganlari ko‘rulgan.
Bir, yoki bir necha qishloq aholisi tomonidan bir vakil kelib to‘lasa ham bo‘ladurgan bir tartib ham chiqdi. Lekin, bu tartib ishning qizig‘an vaqtida emas, keyinroq chiqib qolub, amalda foydasi ozroq bo‘ldi.
