vi. Implementation of solid waste disposal and other environmental management system and services related to general hygiene;
vii. Maintain safe and efficient operation of solid waste collection;
viii. Monitor all barangays on the implementation of Solid Waste Management Program;
ix. Supervise the full operation of the Sanitary Landfill; and
x. Maintain a safe and secure environment.
Sec. 5. Organizational Structure. The MENRO Office shall have an organizational structure which shall be initially composed of Municipal Environment and Natural Resources Officer (MENRO) (SG-15) created under Municipal Ordinance No. 12 – 2022.
Sec. 6. Repealing Clause. All existing ordinances, rules and regulations, as well as orders inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed or modified accordingly.
Sec. 7. Separability Clause. Should any of these clauses or parts of this Ordinance be declared unconstitutional by any court of competent jurisdiction, all other remaining portions not so declared shall remain valid and effective.
Sec. 8. Effectivity. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
