EXPLANATORY NOTE
WHEREAS, the City of Alaminos is one of the major tourist destinations in the Province of Pangasinan being the home of the Hundred Islands National Park;
WHEREAS, Presidential Proclamation No. 79, issued on 18 October 2022 declared 31 October 2022 as special non-working holiday throughout the country to strengthen family ties and promote local tourism;
WHEREAS, such declaration resulted in a long weekend for families to be together and observe All Saints' Day;
