The qualified frontline field workers shall be limited to those with official designation, either through an office order, office memorandum or job description. The designation of the frontline field worker may be retracted by the LCE upon recommendation of the head of office, depending on changes in duty assignment.

SECTION 5. FUNDING - The grant of incentive shall have an initial appropriation of Three Million Pesos (P3,000,000.00) to be appropriated through a Supplemental Budget, with an annual appropriation under the General Fund beginning Fiscal Year 2023 and every year thereafter.

SECTION 6. REPEALING CLAUSE. All ordinances, resolutions, executive orders, memorandum circulars and all other issuances or parts thereof which are inconsistent with any provision of this Ordinance are hereby repealed or modified accordingly.

SECTION 7. SEPARABILITY CLAUSE. - The provisions of this Ordinance are separable,

and in any event that any more such provisions are declared invalid, the validity of all; other provisions shall not be affected thereby.

SECTION 8. EFFECTIVITY CLAUSE. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its approval and compliance to publication requirements.
