e. Travelers traversing/passing through Agoo with proper travel papers will be allowed to enter, provided that no stop overs are made. Those who must make trips from Agoo to other localities shall undergo medical checkup first at the Municipal Health Office and will be issued a Fit to Travel Certificate signed by the Municipal Health Officer. A Travel Permit will be issued by the Office of the Municipal Mayor after issuance of Fit to Travel Certificate.

2. A special sticker will be placed on all private tricycles of Agoo for ease of identification. Said sticker will be revoked and the unit will be prohibited from making future trips if found to be used for public transport or in violation of any prior issuances/orders of the Municipality.

3. The Philippine Coast Guard and the officials of coastal barangays shall strictly monitor the entry of people via water carrier. Individuals from other places who wish to enter Agoo via water transport will not be granted. Agoo residents are exempted as long as a proof of residence is presented or the Barangay Officials can attest their residency. The Barangay Health Response Emergency Teams (BHERTs) shall institute proper measures upon the entry of these residents.

4 Fishing is permitted, provided that catches shall be for personal consumption and for trading in the Agoo Hypermarket only House to house selling of fish is not allowed.

5. Sari-sari stores are allowed in the barangay, provided that social distancing is strictly observed. No selling outside the sari-sari store and in the streets and other public places.

6. Barangay Officials and barangay volunteers shall strictly enforce NO ROAMING/LOITERING outside of homes, no alcohol consumption, no vidcoke and all other prohibitions stated in previous orders.

7. For the Agoo Hypermarket-operation, the following shall strictly be observed:

a. Consumers/customers from other towns are NO LONGER ALLOWED in the hypermarket.

b. The Agoo Hypermarket will only be open from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM and consumers are enjoined to limit their time within the market premises. Market authorities shall assist in ensuring the smooth flow of traffic within the market. Entry of people within the market shall ideally be limited to 50 at a time.

c. All non-Agoo residents who are stall owners selling groceries/basic necessities in the Hypermarket shall be permitted. However, their body temperatures shall be monitored daily at the Municipal Health Office.

d. Wearing of protective masks for all merchants and stall owners as well as the consumers/customers in the hypermarket is mandatory.
