EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 22

IDENTIFICATION OF LGU OFFICES TO UNDERGO ALTERNATIVE WORK ARRANGEMENT FOR THE ENTIRE DURATION OF ENHANCED COMMUNITY QUARANTINE.
WHEREAS, the World Health Organization (WHO) declared Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) outbreak as Public Health Emergency of International Concern due to alarming cases tallied worldwide and later declared as PANDEMIC due to series of widespread community transmission cases among nations of the world;
WHEREAS, the Department of Health (DOH) declared COVID-19 as Code Red Sublevel Il alert level of said virus due to recorded local transmission in the country;
WHEREAS, Proclamation No. 922 of President RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE declared the entire nation under Public Health Emergency and Proclamation No. 929 under State of Calamity due COVID-19:
WHEREAS, Memorandum Order dated March 16, 2020 from the Office of the Executive Secretary ordered an Enhanced Community Quarantine for Luzon that was effective on March 17. 2020,
WHEREAS, the above-mentioned proclamations and directives capacitated all 1.GUs to immediately act and institute preventive measures to contain the spread of COVID-19
WHEREAS, in public service, the Civil Service Commission (CSC)issued Announcement No. 13 dated March 17, 2020 enjoining alternative work arrangement and allowing municipal officials and employees to work from home in light of the Enhanced Community Quarantine, with the exemption of some offices/agencies who are directly involved in prevention and control of COVID-19;
NOW THEREFORE, in view of the foregoing. I, STEFANIE ANN Y. ERIGUEL M.D., Municipal Mayor of the Municipality of Agoo, La Union, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby order.
Section 1. GUIDELINES:
1. The following offices will operate 24/7:
a. Municipal Health Office; b. Municipal Disaster and Risk Reduction Management Office,
c. Agoo Police Station, and
d. Agoo Fire Station
2. The following offices shall be in full operation (regular duty);
a. Office of the Municipal Mayor, b. Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office.
c. Market Administration Office, d. Agoo Traffic Management Office,
