Patents and Designs. (4) Any order of the Court rectifying a register shall direot that notice of the rectification be served on the Controller in the prescribed manner, who shall upon the receipt of such hotice rectify the register accordingly. (5) A High Court to which an application has been made under this section may stay proceedings on or dismiss the application if in its opinion the application would be disposed of more justly or con veniently by another High Court.
